Paper-Based Training
Sometimes the most effective learning happens away from the screen. Paper-based tools, like job aids, reference guides, worksheets, and facilitator materials, give learners something tangible they can use on the job, in meetings, or during instructor-led sessions. They’re great for quick look-ups, step-by-step guidance, and supporting hands-on practice without relying on technology. Whether paired with video or eLearning or used on their own, well-designed printed and guided resources help reinforce ideas, build confidence, and keep learning accessible wherever work happens.
